Patients choose to share their SmartBP readings with your clinic from the app, and can stop sharing at any time.
SmartBP acts as your Business Associate under HIPAA. The agreement sets out how patient health information is safeguarded, used and returned.
Your clinic decides who on its staff can sign in, and is responsible for how patient information is used in care.
Readings are home measurements recorded by the patient. They support clinical judgment; they do not replace it.
